One for all and all for one

The concept of Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) is an essential area of focus at the Foundation and in Tech Mahindra at large. Volunteering is an integral part of Tech Mahindra’s ISR motto. Associates engage with communities via Tech Mahindra Foundation, partner NGOs, and also directly implemented projects to work towards bringing out a positive change while simultaneously enhancing their capacities for empathy and compassion. They work individually and in groups to ensure continuity, innovation, and serve society while they work. Volunteering is also a way out from the daily schedule of our associates and to indulge in an activity that acts as a stress buster.

Tech Mahindra associates have been involved in various activities ranging from teaching young children in municipal schools, mentoring teenagers who are preparing for competitive exams, organizing blood donation drives, participating in sports meets, tree plantation drives, Swachhata Hi Seva, and Bicycle rallies to celebrating special days with beneficiaries of partner organizations. Also, our volunteers have devoted their substantial volunteer hours towards the COVID relief and rehabilitation work wherein they traveled over 700 km to extend their support in various ongoing community drives throughout India.

The team supports volunteering amongst all stakeholders, customers, and professional associates.

The Foundation creates ways to live up to the philosophy of 'Rise for Good' that allows every associate to fulfill his/her duty towards corporate volunteering.
